These terms govern your use of the website and resources offered by sparkWILD Institute, a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to them. The WILD Navigation Company (wildnavigation.com) is a separate organization with its own terms.
You are welcome to read, share, and use what is here for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
We want educators and parents to use these ideas freely. You may reference, teach, and build on the published WILD framework with attribution: "Based on the WILD Intelligence™ framework (sparkWILD)." What we reserve is the brand and the canonical materials. Without our written permission, you may not use our marks - sparkWILD™, WILD Intelligence™, WILD×AI™, or WILDiQ™ - to brand your own products, services, training, or certification, reproduce substantial portions of our materials, or imply that you are endorsed by or affiliated with us. sparkWILD™ is a trademark of sparkWILD Institute; WILD Intelligence™, WILD×AI™, and WILDiQ™ are trademarks of The WILD Navigation Company Ltd, used by the Institute under arrangement with the Company.
Enrollment in our programs is governed by the specific enrollment terms and consent notices provided at the time you register, which take precedence over these site terms for anything program-related. Programs involving minors require a parent or guardian's consent.
Donations are processed by our payment processor and support our charitable mission. We will acknowledge your gift for tax purposes as required.
Where our work uses AI-based tools, their output is for educational and developmental purposes and is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
The site is provided as is, without warranties. We cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute belongs in the Colorado courts. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms and will note the date below; continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
